Job Overview: The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for computer systems, software, and networks, ensuring that employees have the tools and resources they need to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on company computers.
  • Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or remote access.
