A Plumbing Supervisor is a professional responsible for overseeing plumbing operations, managing a team of plumbers, and ensuring plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained effectively. Their role involves supervising projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with other departments or contractors.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervising and leading a team of plumbers, apprentices, or technicians, assigning tasks, and managing work schedules.
- Overseeing plumbing projects, including new installations, repairs, maintenance, or renovations.
- Planning and scheduling plumbing tasks, materials, and resources needed for projects.
- Inspecting plumbing work to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Skill & Experience
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues, diagnosing problems, and recommending effective solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of plumbing work, including project details, materials used, and work hours.
- Must have ITI and 1-2years of experience in the same work.
