Job Description

. Instructor/Trainer

  • Teaching and Training: Imparting vocational and technical education in specific trades (e.g., electrician, mechanic, welder).
  • Practical Demonstrations: Providing hands-on training and guiding students in practical sessions.
  • Curriculum Development: Developing lesson plans, modules, and practical training sessions.
  • Student Evaluation: Assessing student performance through tests, exams, and practical tasks.
  • Workshop Management: Managing workshops, labs, and ensuring the safety of equipment and tools.

2. Principal/Head of ITI

  • Institute Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Staff Supervision: Managing teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring they meet their responsibilities.
  • Budgeting: Managing the institute’s budget, procurement of tools and machinery, and ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with government bodies, industries, and parents for various collaborations and placements.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring the institute complies with regulatory requirements, certifications, and accreditations.

3. Workshop Assistant

  • Assisting in Practical Training: Supporting instructors in managing students during practical workshops.
