Job Description
Client Visits & Relationship Management:
- Visiting clients, customers, or partners to manage relationships, understand their needs, and maintain business relations.
- Conducting follow-ups and troubleshooting issues on-site.
Sales & Marketing:
- Conducting product demonstrations or presentations to prospective customers.
- Identifying and targeting potential customers in the field.
- Achieving sales targets by closing deals during site visits.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Gathering feedback, competitor insights, and market trends through direct interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Reporting findings to the office or management for analysis and decision-making.
Site Assessments & Inspections:
- For industries like construction, real estate, or agriculture, fieldworkers may perform site assessments or quality checks to ensure standards are being met.
Field Data Collection & Analysis:
- Collecting real-time data in the field to support research, development, or business strategies.
- Conducting surveys or interviews to gather specific information.
Troubleshooting & Customer Support:
- Providing on-site support or services to customers, such as installations, repairs, or maintenance.
- Resolving customer concerns during visits.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Documenting interactions, site conditions, and any incidents for future reference.
- Regularly reporting to the office on daily activities and progress.
Logistics & Travel Management:
- Coordinating travel and transportation to different locations.
- Managing inventory of supplies or products while on the field.
Training & Supervision:
- Training clients or other field staff on how to use certain products or services.
- Supervising activities of teams or contractors when working on site.
