Job Description

Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content to rank higher on search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Use keyword research tools to find relevant search terms.
  • Track website performance using Google Analytics or similar tools.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and developers to create visual and textual content.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Engage with audiences through posts, comments, and direct messages.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and send email campaigns to nurture leads or retain customers.
  • Segment email lists to target specific demographics.
  • Track and improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Paid Advertising:

  • Run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush to analyze data and improve strategies.
  • Prepare reports for management showing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to align digital marketing with overall business goals.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and update them on marketing efforts and results.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, including new platforms, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Continuously learn about new marketing tools and technologies.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
