A Billing Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the billing operations within an organization. Their primary focus is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collection of payments, and adherence to billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Overseeing the entire billing process, which includes generating invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to clients or customers.
- Managing a team of billing specialists or clerks, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure efficient and accurate billing procedures.
- Implementing and maintaining billing systems, software, and procedures to streamline the billing process and improve efficiency.
- Addressing client inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining good relationships with customers regarding billing matters.
- Skill & Experience
- Strong focus on accuracy in handling financial data and invoicing details.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant 2years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting roles, with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
