Job Description

1. Sales Generation:

  • Account Management: Manage client accounts by maintaining detailed records of sales and client communications.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Understanding Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Gathering Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve products or services.

4. Negotiation and Deal Closing:

  • Price Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.
  • Closing Sales: Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close deals effectively.

5. Reporting and Coordination:

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, outlining performance against targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.

6. Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Staying Informed: Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s offerings and continuously update on new products and services.
