- At CS Job Consultancy, we are committed to helping you find the best job opportunities that match your skills and experience. If we identify a job vacancy that matches your profile, we may send you information about the company and the job, including the name and contact information of the HR representative responsible for the hiring process.
- If we identify a job opportunity that matches your profile, we may provide you with the name and contact information of the HR representative responsible for the hiring process. You can contact the HR representative directly and inquire about the job opportunity, and we may also suggest that you mention a specific job code that is associated with the vacancy.
- We understand that your career aspirations and goals may change over time. That’s why we offer the flexibility to update your information with us at any time during the year. If you need to update your contact information, your resume, or your career preferences, you can simply call our helpline number, which is mentioned on our website, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. You can also update your information online through our website or by emailing us at the provided email address.
- Please note that registration with CS Job Consultancy does not guarantee job placement, and we do not provide any assurances or guarantees regarding job placement. The registration fee is a facilitation charge that enables us to maintain your details in our database and to notify you of any suitable job vacancies that match your profile. we are committed to providing you with the best possible support and resources to make that happen.
- At CS Job Consultancy, we take pride in providing our job seekers with honest and transparent job placement services. We believe that job placement is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and the specific requirements of our clients. Therefore, if any of our job centers or HR representatives assure you that they can guarantee job placement, we strongly urge you to inform us of this statement and consider it as false. CS Job Consultancy does not support false commitments, as we understand that job selection and joining ultimately depend on the candidate’s skills and the needs of the hiring company. We cannot force any HR representative or hiring company to select or reject any particular candidate, as this decision is entirely up to them. However, we do take appropriate action against any individual found to be involved in making false commitments related to job placement.
- Please note that once you have paid the registration fee to CS Job Consultancy, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. We take this policy seriously to ensure that we can continue providing our job seekers with the best possible services and support.
- If CS Job Consultancy discovers that a candidate has a criminal record at any stage, the contract with that candidate will be immediately terminated and considered null and void.
- CS Job Consultancy requires candidates to accept their terms and conditions in order to participate in the registration process. If a candidate does not agree to the terms and conditions, they will not be allowed to proceed with the registration.
- CS Job Consultancy does not guarantee the availability of local job vacancies in any particular area. Job availability is subject to the needs and requirements of the hiring companies, and CS Job Consultancy cannot guarantee that jobs will be available in a particular location at a given time. However, CS Job Consultancy works to provide job seekers with the best possible opportunities and will make every effort to match job seekers with available jobs that fit their qualifications and preferences.
- Any dispute, difference, or question arising between the parties or any person claiming under them regarding this agreement or its subject matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator nominated by the first party. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties involved. This arbitration clause is a legally binding provision in the agreement and serves as an alternative to resolving disputes through traditional court proceedings. The parties involved agree to abide by the decision of the arbitrator and waive their right to pursue legal action in a court of law. The venue of arbitration shall be Bilaspur. All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
- If CS Job Consultancy provides you with a job in a particular place, their obligation is considered fulfilled. If you wish to seek another job through CS Job Consultancy, you would need to complete a fresh registration or renew your registration with the consultancy as per their norms. This is because CS Job Consultancy operates on a job-to-job basis, and the availability of jobs and candidates changes frequently. Therefore, new registrations or renewals are required to ensure that job seekers are matched with the most up-to-date and relevant job opportunities.
- CS Job Consultancy does not provide any guarantee for the availability of local job vacancies in any particular area. The availability of jobs depends on the requirements of the hiring companies, and we cannot guarantee that jobs will be available in a particular location at a given time. However, we will make every effort to match job seekers with available jobs that fit their qualifications and preferences, and provide them with the best possible opportunities based on their skills and experience.
- If a candidate is going for an interview through CS Job Consultancy, it is recommended that they mention the consultancy’s name on their resume so that the hiring company is aware of the referral source. This can help the hiring company to easily identify and track the candidate’s application and can also demonstrate to the company that the candidate has been screened and referred by a reputable staffing agency. However, mentioning the consultancy’s name on the resume is not compulsory and the decision to do so ultimately rests with the candidate.
- Selected candidates referred by CS Job Consultancy must inform the consultancy and provide a copy of their appointment letter for the consultancy’s records. If unable to provide a copy, they should inform a team member or concerned person from the consultancy directly.
- The candidate is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India related to their services, and they shall not contravene any such laws or regulations. In short, it is the responsibility of the candidate to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while performing their services.
- The candidate is prohibited from persistently sending messages or making postings on the CS Job Consultancy website to any other member or third party without reasonable cause, or for the purpose of causing any harm, harassment, annoyance, irritation, or anxiety to any person. In short, the candidate is expected to use the website in a responsible and respectful manner, and not engage in any behavior that causes harm or distress to others.
- It is strictly forbidden for the candidate to introduce any harmful content that can potentially harm the CS Job Consultancy system or the internet as a whole.
- In case of any violation of the covenants mentioned above by the candidate, if CS Job Consultancy becomes aware of it, then we reserve the right to remove any material related to such violations without giving any prior notice to the candidate. We will issue a warning to the candidate to stop any activity that leads to such violations, and if the candidate continues with such activity, CS Job Consultancy has the sole authority to suspend or terminate the membership/registration of the candidate.
